Client Success and Accountability

What we commit to, how it is measured, and what to do if we fall short.

Rather than publish testimonials we cannot verify, this page sets out the commitments Greens Coolers makes on every commercial refrigeration project and exactly what a properly finished installation looks like.

Seven commitments applied to every project, regardless of size Handover standard defined in writing before work starts Direct feedback route to the office for existing clients

Why this page reads differently

No Testimonials You Cannot Check

Most supplier websites put a wall of quotations here. Anyone can write those, which is exactly why they persuade nobody who is spending real money on a commercial refrigeration project.

Greens Coolers has taken a different approach. This page publishes no reviews at all until they are verified and permitted in writing by the client who gave them. What it publishes instead is the substance a buyer actually needs: the commitments made on every project, the standard a room has to meet before it is handed over, and what happens when something goes wrong.

You can hold us to everything on this page. That is the point of writing it down. If you are an existing client, the feedback section below is a direct route to the office — including when the feedback is not flattering.

  • Commitments, not claimsSeven things Greens Coolers undertakes to do on every project, written plainly enough to be quoted back at us.
  • A defined handover standardWhat has to be true before a room is signed off, so nobody has to guess whether the job is finished.
  • An honest position on referencesNamed clients and published reviews appear only with written permission. Until then, nothing is claimed.
  • A real route for complaintsOne phone number, one inbox, and an undertaking to respond rather than route you around a queue.
Our commitments

What Greens Coolers Commits To on Every Project

These apply to a single compact cooler and to a multi-room programme in equal measure.

We assess before we quote

No number is issued against a description alone. The space is measured and the access route is understood first, on site across the GTA or from plans and photographs further out.

We write down what is excluded

Electrical supply, building works, permit coordination, floor preparation and removal of existing equipment are stated explicitly, whether they are in or out.

We tell you when you need less

If a stock footprint fits, if a repair beats a replacement, or if the room you asked for is bigger than the operation needs, that is what the assessment will say.

We do not book a date we cannot hold

A delivery window is offered once the route, the slab, the access hours and the power position are confirmed — not before.

We plan around your trading hours

Overnight, early-morning and phased programmes are designed into the quote rather than negotiated after a disruption has already happened.

We test under load before sign-off

Pull-down is run and temperature verified with the room realistically loaded, not empty on a cool afternoon.

We hand over to your staff, not your file

The controller is walked through with the people who will use it, and written operating detail is left on site.

We stay reachable afterwards

The same office number answers after handover. Support arrangements and applicable equipment warranty terms are confirmed in writing with your quote.

We say so when we are wrong

If something we specified, supplied or installed is not right, we would rather hear it early and fix it than discover it in a review months later.

The handover standard

What Done Properly Actually Means

A refrigeration project is not finished when the panels are standing. It is finished when the room has proved it can do the job in your building, with your product, and your staff know how to run it.

The list below is the standard applied before a Greens Coolers installation is signed off. If any line is outstanding, the project is not complete.

This is the standard Greens Coolers works to. Specific project scope, applicable warranty terms and any support arrangements are confirmed in your written quote and take precedence over any general description on this page.
Pull-down verified under loadThe room brought down to its operating temperature with realistic product in it, and held — not tested empty
Temperature verified at the controller and in the roomDisplayed reading checked against the actual condition, so a controller that reads optimistically is caught before you rely on it
Defrost cycle confirmedCycle timing and termination observed rather than assumed from a factory default, with settings recorded
Drainage checkedCondensate and defrost water routed so it will not back up or freeze, and the route confirmed to run clear
Doors adjusted and sealingSeal contact checked around the full perimeter, closer tension set, and the door confirmed to latch reliably under normal use
Floor and threshold detail completeRamp or threshold finished so carts and pallet trucks pass without catching, and no trip hazard is left at the opening
Service access explainedWhere the refrigeration package sits and how it is reached, so a future service call does not begin with a discussion about ladders
Controller walkthrough deliveredSettings, alarms and normal operating behaviour explained to the staff who will actually use the room
Written operating detail left on siteHow the system is meant to run, what the settings mean, and what to watch for — in plain language
Working area reinstatedPackaging and offcuts removed, the staging area cleared, and the space handed back ready to use
References and reviews

Verified Reviews and Named References

An explicit statement of where Greens Coolers stands on client proof.

Verified reviews and named client references are published only with written client permission. Greens Coolers does not publish testimonials, star ratings, review counts, client logos or named case studies without documented consent from the business concerned, and does not publish paraphrased or reconstructed quotations under any circumstances. Many commercial clients — particularly in grocery, distribution, institutional and food production work — decline publicity as a matter of policy, and that is respected without exception. As written permissions are received, verified reviews will be published on this page and attributed accurately, and reference calls will be offered where a client has agreed to take them. Until then this page carries commitments and standards you can verify against your own project rather than claims you would have to take on trust. If you are evaluating Greens Coolers and want to speak to a comparable operator, ask during your site assessment and we will tell you honestly whether a reference is available for your sector.
If something goes wrong

How an Issue Is Handled

Four steps. No queue, no ticket number, no waiting to be routed.

01

Tell us early

Call (437) 922-5326 or email greenscoolers@gmail.com with the site, the system and what you are seeing. Temperature issues in particular are worth reporting the same day rather than the same week.

02

We establish the facts

What was specified, what was supplied, what was installed and what has changed on site since handover — checked against the written scope rather than argued from memory.

03

We tell you what it is

Whether it is a supply issue, an installation issue, a building services issue or an operating issue, and which of those sits with us. Including when it does not.

04

We agree the fix in writing

What will be done, by whom, when, and at whose cost — set out before work starts so there is no dispute about it afterwards.

Evaluating a supplier

How to Judge a Commercial Refrigeration Supplier Without Testimonials

What supplier proof is actually worth

Client success in commercial refrigeration is not measured in quotations on a website. It is measured in whether the room holds temperature on the hottest day of the year with the door being opened every four minutes, and whether the project got there without costing the business a trading day.

Reviews you cannot verify tell you nothing about either. Neither do logos, badges or unnamed case studies. What does tell you something is how specific a supplier is willing to be in writing before you have paid them anything — the sizing logic, the exclusions, the handover standard and the programme.

Four questions worth asking any supplier

First: will you size this from my product volumes, or from the dimensions I gave you? A supplier who only wants dimensions is quoting a box, not solving a problem.

Second: what is explicitly excluded from this quote? Electrical supply, building works, floor preparation, permit coordination and removal of the existing installation are the usual gaps, and they are where two quotes that look different turn out to be identical — or the reverse.

Third: who installs it, and are they the same people who measured it? The handoff between a salesperson and a subcontracted crew is where most project pain originates. Greens Coolers keeps design, delivery and installation in one scope specifically to remove it.

Fourth: what has to be true before you will sign this off? A supplier who cannot answer that in detail has no handover standard, and you will find out what that means when the product warms up.

Reading a written scope properly

Ask for the scope before the price, and read the exclusions first. Then check that the specification reflects your operation rather than a generic room — a grocery backroom quoted like a restaurant walk-in is a specification that has not been thought about. The industries hub sets out how those differ.

If you have a competing quote and want a second opinion, send it to us. We will tell you where the scopes genuinely differ, including where the other quote is the better buy. The about page explains why that is a reasonable way to run the business rather than a sales line.

Client feedback — an open invitation

If Greens Coolers has completed a project for you, your feedback is genuinely wanted, and it is wanted whether or not it is complimentary. Tell us what the assessment missed, whether the programme held, whether handover left your team confident with the controller, and how the room has performed since.

Email greenscoolers@gmail.com or call (437) 922-5326 and ask for the office. If you are willing to have your feedback published, say so explicitly and we will send a short written permission for you to confirm — nothing is published without it. If you would rather it stayed private, it stays private and it still changes how we work. Contact routes and hours are on the contact page, and the projects we deliver are set out on the projects page.

FAQ

Questions About Proof, References and Accountability

The questions buyers ask when a supplier has no testimonial wall.

Because none have been verified and permitted in writing yet. Publishing unverified quotations would be easy and would tell you nothing, so this page publishes commitments and standards instead.

As written client permissions are received, verified reviews will appear here and be attributed accurately.

Ask during your site assessment. Where a client has agreed to take reference calls, we will arrange one; where they have not, we will tell you that rather than invent a substitute.

Many commercial operators decline publicity as a matter of policy, particularly in grocery, distribution and institutional work.

Report it as early as possible — the same day for temperature issues. The office establishes what was specified, supplied and installed against the written scope, then tells you plainly where the issue sits.

The fix, the timing and the cost responsibility are agreed in writing before work starts.

It is the standard the team works to and you are entitled to hold us to it. Your written quote is the contractual document, and it takes precedence where the two differ.

If any line in the handover list matters particularly to your operation, say so before the quote is issued and it will be written into the scope.

Call (437) 922-5326 or email greenscoolers@gmail.com. Critical feedback is more useful than positive feedback and is treated accordingly.

If you are happy for it to be published, say so and we will send a short written permission to confirm. Nothing goes on the site without it.

Only where written permission is on file for each business, along with a logo file the client has provided for that purpose.

Until then, sector language is used instead. No implied endorsement is claimed from a company that has not agreed to it.

The office remains the contact point after the project closes. Support arrangements and any applicable equipment warranty terms are confirmed in writing with your quote, since they vary by system and by supplier.

Where a problem turns out to be an operating or building services issue rather than an equipment fault, we will say so and explain what needs to change.

Book a free site assessment and read the written scope. It costs nothing, carries no obligation, and gives you a document you can compare against any other quote line by line.
